By purchasing a ticket and participating in a ForgedFit Events event, I acknowledge and agree that:

1.⁠ ⁠Health and Fitness Declaration

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this event and that I do not suffer from any medical condition, injury, illness, or impairment that would make participation unsafe for myself or others.

I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice before participating if I have any concerns regarding my health or fitness.

2.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in this event may involve strenuous physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Falls, slips, trips, and collisions.
•⁠ ⁠Muscle strains, sprains, and other physical injuries.
•⁠ ⁠Adverse weather conditions.
•⁠ ⁠Equipment-related incidents.
•⁠ ⁠Physical exertion that may result in illness, injury, or, in rare cases, serious harm.

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation.

3.⁠ ⁠Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidance provided by ForgedFit Events, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue operators.

I understand that ForgedFit Events reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose conduct presents a risk to themselves or others or who appears medically unfit to participate.

4.⁠ ⁠Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, I authorise ForgedFit Events to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary.

I understand that I remain responsible for any associated medical costs.

5.⁠ ⁠Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that ForgedFit Events, its directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, and venue providers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense arising from my participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6.⁠ ⁠Media Consent

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event and may be used by ForgedFit Events for promotional, marketing, fundraising, reporting, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation.

7.⁠ ⁠Event Cancellation and Changes

I understand that ForgedFit Events reserves the right to amend, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

8.⁠ ⁠Agreement

By agreeing and completing my ticket purchase, I confirm that both participants:

☐ I have read, understood, and agree to the ForgedFit Events Participant Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Health Declaration.

☐ I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this event.

☐ I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that a parent/legal guardian has provided consent on my behalf.

☐ I understand that participation is entirely at my own risk and that I voluntarily accept all risks associated with the event.
