Everything you need to know before race day.
Who can enter?
Anyone with a good level of fitness and a willingness to challenge themselves. Forged is designed for athletes looking to test their running, strength and teamwork.
Do I need a partner?
Forged events are open to both singles and doubles entries.
How is the event scored?
Teams are chip timed from start to finish. Final rankings are determined by the fastest overall completion time.
What do I receive?
Every finisher receives an official Forged Finisher Medal and official Forged T-Shirt. Podium athletes will receive additional awards and recognition.
Can spectators attend?
Yes. Friends, family and supporters are welcome to attend and cheer athletes on throughout the event. There will be a £3 spectator cost, paid on entry.
What should I bring?
Appropriate training clothing, running shoes, water and anything you would normally use for a competitive fitness event.
